The Collection
Ten thousand files, four tiers, one laptop. Every piece is a 1/1 — its art is generated from its token id entirely onchain: the frame, the plaque, the glowing screen. No IPFS. No gateway. The museum wall is the chain.
The ones that should not exist. A 0-byte file that a machine swore was 4.7 GB. The museum does not explain them.
Files with names too long for the disk. Opened once in 2019. Nobody remembers doing it.
Documented fragments of the archive: deep-fried images, unreadable tomes, cursed executables — all 0 bytes.
The permanent collection proper. Pure, honest nothing. Accessioned with full museum ceremony.
Anatomy of a file
- Accession number — token id, mint order, permanent.
- The file — 0 bytes. [NOTHING]. Verified by our curatorial team at great expense.
- The wall — art rendered onchain from the id. If the chain has it, the wall has it.
- Donor credit — the minting wallet, engraved forever.
