⛏ GOODSMASH FIELD OPS
Mining Missions
Real ground. Real tools. Real specimens — hand-dug, weighed, photographed and minted onchain as a certificate you own. Fund a mission and your weight decides your share of what comes back.
💸 What the money buys
- Field time (the single biggest line item)
- UV lamp batteries + spare lamps
- PPE: gloves, eye protection, dust masks
- Cushioned transport cases so pieces arrive intact
🪨 What comes back
- UV-fluorescent pieces (fluoresce bright green under shortwave)
- Smoky quartz points
- Mixed pegmatite specimens for the bulk pulls
STEP 2 — SPONSOR THE MISSION (OPTIONAL, UNCAPPED)
Put money behind the dig
Funding goes straight to the GoodsMash treasury — a hardware wallet the dev cannot spend from. Every contribution is a normal transaction, permanently visible on the block explorer, carrying an onchain FUND2 marker so the mission ledger can be rebuilt by anyone.
$250 is the minimum estimate for a field day — there is no cap. Extra funding buys more time on site, better recovery gear, and more material per trip. Overnight sessions are easiest on fluorescent material, so more funding literally means more finds per hour.

Under a full load — every amount is welcome and still recorded on the ledger.
🛡️ Is this safe? (tap to expand)
- You send, we can't take. Sponsorship is a wallet-signed transaction from your own wallet. Nothing is authorizable without your signature.
- The destination can't be spent by the dev. Funds land on a hardware wallet. Spending requires a physical device confirmation.
- No lock-up, no cancellation. Make sure the amount is what you intend — this is support for the work, not a purchase and not an investment.
- Verify before you sign. Confirm destination
0x9111…C08E, chain Robinhood Chain (4663), and the amount in your wallet prompt.
Sponsoring is support for the fieldwork — not an investment, not a share, and not a financial return. It records your standing on the mission ledger and, depending on tier, a first window on certified finds.
⚖ YOUR STANDING
Weight is what you get back
Weight is your share of the mission's find pool — the specimens that come back and get certified. It is published before the dig, so it cannot be re-cut afterwards.
How the maths works, plainly
rigWeight = RIGs (held + staked) × tier multiplierfundWeight = $25 per weight load sponsoredtotalWeight = rigWeight + fundWeightyourShare = totalWeight ÷ everyone's weightYour share is a first-window allotment of physical pieces the treasury holds, sized by weight. Not equity. Not a return. Not a security. Nothing is promised that is not physically in the vault.
💰 THE BUDGET
Every dollar has a job
The biggest line item. Hours on the ground are what actually produce finds.
$80–150 — gloves, eye protection, dust masks, knee pads.
$100–300 — so a piece survives the trip home intact.
$50–200 — getting to the ground and back, repeatedly.
Geiger counter already funded by Atomic Apes. UV lamps and batteries per trip.
Weighing, photographing, and writing each specimen into the ledger.
Funds land on a hardware-wallet treasury the dev cannot spend from. Spending is published. This is support for fieldwork — not an investment, not a share, not a financial return.

Enter the mission
Holding RIGs is the ticket. Entering sends a 0-ETH transaction with an onchain MISSION2 marker — dust gas, nothing deposited, RIGs stay exactly where they are.

🗺 WHERE THIS GOES
The long route
- NowLocal ground, repeat trips
Five more trips over ground we already access. Best value per specimen by a wide margin.
- NextReal access, paid digging
Arrange paid access to known mineral ground so hard digging can be scaled with proper permission.
- LaterSpecimen marketplace
Certificates trade holder-to-holder. Ownership moves without the rock moving.
- VisionClaimed or tokenised ground
Long-dated: real claims, then tokenised land and larger extraction — minerals now, other resources as approval and law allow.
The vision items are honestly labelled as vision. Nothing beyond the local trips is funded, permitted or promised today.
