1. Who runs this site

GoodsMash, also referred to as House of Alpha, is an independent operation run by one person with a disability, together with AI agents that help with the code and the paperwork. The minerals in the catalogue were dug, weighed and photographed by hand. The only contact address we publish is cannafirm@gmail.com.

We are independent and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Robinhood. We use the Robinhood Chain, a public blockchain. Any third party names, tickers or trademarks referred to in this site or in generative artwork remain the property of their owners and are used for reference or creative expression only.

2. What this site is, and what it is not

This site describes real objects and public contracts. It is not an offer to sell securities, not an investment product, and not financial, legal or tax advice. Nothing here is a promise of profit.

A specimen certificate is a record of title to one specific hand-dug object. It is not a share of a company, not a unit of a fund, and not a claim on any pool of assets. If you buy one, you own that one record and that one object, or you own the token and nothing else.

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. If you are under the age of majority where you are, do not buy anything here without a parent or guardian who has read these terms.

3. Wallets, keys and onchain actions

Buying anything here means signing a transaction from a wallet you control. We never hold your keys and we never can. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and we will never message you first on any platform. If someone contacts you claiming to be us, it is not us.

Confirming a transaction costs gas on Robinhood Chain, chain id 4663, set by that network and not by us. A confirmed transaction cannot be undone by us or by anyone else. Check the contract address, the amount and the network before you sign. Our safety page lists every address we use in full so you can compare the whole string rather than the first few characters.

The mainnet network is Robinhood Chain, chain id 4663. Chain id 46630 is a test network used only for rehearsal. Anything you hold on the test network has no value and cannot be redeemed for anything physical.

4. Specimen certificates

One certificate means one object. Certificates are never fractionalised, split, pooled or shared, and we never sell a fractional or partial interest in a specimen. If a listing offers you a share, a slice or a portion of a piece, it is not from us.

Sixty-three hand-dug specimens are catalogued. Fifty-nine of those have certificates issued on Robinhood Chain, chain id 4663. Where a catalogue entry is later corrected, for example if a measurement or an identification improves, the certificate record is updated onchain rather than quietly replaced. You can read the current record for any piece on the block explorer, and we link every contract address on this site to that explorer.

Owning a certificate does not make you an owner of the company, a partner, or a participant in any revenue. It does not carry dividends, fees or a claim on future sales.

5. What you can pay with

Purchases are paid in USDG, the Paxos Global Dollar stablecoin, or in GMTS, the project's own token. Every payment on this site is a public transaction with a transaction hash, and we show you that hash rather than a receipt from our own database.

GMTS is an ecosystem utility and rewards token. It is not a share, a deposit, an investment contract, or a promise of profit. USDG is issued by Paxos, not by us; the terms that govern USDG are Paxos', and you can read them independently. Paying in a token that later falls in value is a risk you take, not a loss we cover.

6. Physical shipping

Physical shipping of a specimen is available inside the United States only. If you are outside the US, you receive the onchain title and nothing physical, and no physical piece will be sent to an international address. We are not able to export specimens and we do not pretend otherwise.

To receive a piece, you email your shipping address to cannafirm@gmail.com. Your address is never written to the blockchain, never attached to a certificate, and never published on this site.It is held as an ordinary email so a parcel can be sent, and it is not part of any public record.

As of the date above, no certificate has been physically shipped yet. Twenty seven have been allocated to holders and four of those are open for redemption. Some of those four are waiting on a Geiger-counter reading before they can travel, which is a safety step and not a delay we can hurry. Pieces that ship travel at the risk of the carrier. We do not carry insurance on your parcel and we cannot reimburse a loss in transit.

If you sell or transfer a certificate to someone else, the physical handover happens only between you and the buyer, and only when we can lawfully ship. We are not a party to that handover.

7. Draws and giveaways

When a certificate is offered to a draw winner, the entry record and the result are public. The blockchain is the record of who holds what and when. Where a draw has an entry deadline or a published rule, that rule is stated alongside the draw.

Entering a draw requires holding at least one RIGS, either in your wallet or staked, and the contract rejects an entry without it. Holding more RIGS does increase your weight in the draw, up to a cap of 25 RIGS, and past that cap more RIGS add nothing. There is no charge to enter and entry rights are not sold separately. We may change, delay or cancel a draw if we cannot ship or cannot lawfully ship the object, and we will say so in public if that happens.

8. Material we are not allowed to sell you

Some collected material is catalogued for reference only. Hard coral is the example we use, and the reason is specific rather than vague. Stony coral species listed in CITES Appendix II and protected by the Lacey Act cannot lawfully be sold, shipped, given away or transferred for profit across borders. So those entries are documented and kept visible, and they are never sold, never shipped and never given away.

A reference-only entry is not for sale. It carries no price, no buy button and no promise of future availability. If you are asked to buy one of those objects, do not, and tell us at cannafirm@gmail.com.

9. RIGS and GMTS are not investments

RIGS is a collection of 10,000 participation and membership NFTs. It is a digital collectible and an access credential. It does not represent equity, stock ownership, revenue rights, or a guaranteed return. Holding one gives you membership features and nothing else. GMTS is described in section 5.

No roadmap, no schedule and no feature list on this site is a commitment. We publish what is actually running on our what is live page, and we update it when that changes. If a feature is not listed there, treat it as not built.

10. Refunds and problems

A confirmed onchain payment is final. We cannot reverse a transfer of USDG or GMTS, and neither can anyone else. That is a property of the network, not a policy of ours.

If something has gone wrong, email us with the transaction hash and a short description of the problem. We read every message, and where the chain shows an error we will say so plainly, including when the error was ours. We do not have a legal obligation to refund a completed onchain purchase, and we will not pretend the law says otherwise.

11. Third party sites and services

This site links to block explorers, wallet software, NFT marketplaces and other services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, their fees or their handling of your data. A link does not mean we endorse a service. Read the terms of any site before you connect a wallet to it.

Our contract source code is public, so the behaviour of our own contracts can be checked rather than taken on trust.

12. Liability

This site and its contents are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, for lost tokens, or for anything arising from your own use of a wallet or a third party service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the mandatory law where you live.

The specimen descriptions on this site are our honest records of work done by hand. They are not laboratory certifications and they are not a valuation. If accuracy in a particular detail matters to you, say so before you buy and we will tell you what we do not know.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page tells you when they were last changed. If a change affects something you have already bought, the version in force at the time of that purchase still applies to it. Material changes will be announced on this site rather than slipped in quietly.

Continuing to use this site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site. Buying a certificate does not make you a party to any arrangement beyond what is written here and onchain.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere, this does not take away any right you have under the mandatory law where you live, and you may still bring proceedings where you are based.

Before going to court, email us. A real message from a real person has solved more problems here than a filing has.
